Over the next couple of weeks, the Identification is taking place for the 2010-11 Multi-Skills Academy.

Year 4 pupils from first schools across the district will be selected by their teachers to attend the identification days.

At the events, pupils will be put through their paces in a range of multi-skill activities and those who perform the best will be invited to attend the Multi-Skills Academy at Arrow Vale High School over the 2010-11 Academic Year.

The first of these events has already taken place for the Kingsley family of schools. Pupils from Webheath, Astwood Bank, Feckenham, Vaynor and Harry Taylor First Schools travelled to Kingsley College where they took part in activities organised and led by our SSCO’s, and young leaders from Pitcheroak Special School.

Well done to all who took part, and good luck to anyone who will be attending one of these events in the coming weeks.
