Many first schools in Redditch have been preparing for the District Cross Country Finals which took place in April.

A finals event took place in each family of schools for pupils in Year 4. In the Woodrush family, the event was also entered by pupils in Years 3 and 5.



These events resulted in over 750 pupils taking part in a Cross Country competition on Friday 23rd April alone. Many schools have had qualifying events in order to select for the finals meaning many more pupils had been given the opportunity to take part in Cross Country for their schools.
