The beginning of this half term saw the return of the Redditch Multi-skills Academy. Pupils from all over Redditch were identified through their schools, and have been attending a session every half term at Arrow Vale High School. These sessions have been run by Redditch School Sport Partnership and the Redditch Leadership Academy.



During the sessions, pupils have been taking part in a variety of Fusion Warm-Ups. Fusion warm ups aim to warm up the body and mind together.

The members of the academy have also been working around stations of multi-skills and recording their results, and improvements, in individual sticker books. They have also had the opportunity to play some competitive games such as Throw Tennis during their time in the academy.





Later on in the year the academy will be receiving some specialist sports coaching as part of their training,and during May, schools will be on the look out for additional members of the academy for next year-watch this space for more information!
