This years SSCO Conference took place at Worcester Rugby Club on Friday 4th December.
SSCO’s from across the 8 School Sport Partnerships in Herefordshire and Worcestershire came together for the annual event.

Steve Smith, Olympic Bronze Medallist in High Jump from the Atlanta Olympics, was the Key Note Speaker for the event. He gave an inspirational beginning to the conference and spent the morning working and chatting with the SSCO’s.



The SSCO’s attended workshops on Innovative Development, Marketing, and Project Management, whilst also receiving updates on the 10 strands of work.

During the afternoon, Steve Grainger gave a national update before the SSCO’s had an opportunity to network with each other again, looking at the 10 strands of work.
