The nomination forms are now available for the 2009 Redditch Sports Partnership Awards. The ceremony will take place in January and will recognise many of the outstanding achievements that have taken place during 2009 from local sports stars, and all of those people who work so hard for sport in the area.

There are 2 main Award Categories -School, and Community.

The awards you can nominate for in the School category are:

SSCO of the Year
PLT/FSLT of the Year
Most Improved Pupil Award
Sports Leader of the Year
Senior Team
Junior Team
Performer of the Year
Outstanding Contribution to PE & School Sport

The awards you can nominate for in the Community category are:

Junior Team of the Year
Club of the Year
Disabled Sports Personality of the Year
Outstanding Contribution Award
Senior Sports Personality of the Year
Coach of the Year
Junior Sports Personality
Volunteer of the Year
Contribution to Physical Activity
