The first set of Invasion Festivals took place in October for all of the school pyramids in Redditch.

Children in Year 4 from first schools across the district were invited to the high school or middle school in their pyramid to take part in a variety of activities. Across the schools these included football, netball, rugby and hockey.



The SSCO’s ran these activities, in many cases supported by young leaders from the High and Middle Schools.



The events were enjoyed by all and provided a great opportunity for hundreds of youngsters to take part in a festival.
