The Redditch School Sport Partnership has now been given the results from the PESSYP survey for the 08-09 academic year.

The PESSYP data will be published in full on our PESSYP page very soon.


In the meantime, below are just a few of the fantastic results the partnership has achieved. Check back soon for the full results!


School Sport Partnerships are now being asked to report on the percentage of pupils participating in at least 3 hours of high quality PE and Out of Hours School Sport in a typical week. The figure for Redditch is 58%.

Percentage of pupils involved in Intra-School Competitive Activities = 83%
(an increase of 9% on last year)

Percentage of pupils involved in Inter-School Competition= 69% (an increase of 12% on last year)


These results are excellent and evidence of all of the hard work that is undertaken by the staff in Redditch.

The Partnership has also been recognised for good practice through becoming a case study for the Joint Delivery Plan and Partnership working with other organisations.
