The first half of the Autumn Term saw the first Middle School Table Tennis Tournament in Redditch.

Pupils from Church Hill Middle School and Woodfield Middle School attended the event which was held at Arrow Vale High School. The competition was organised by the Senior Competition Manager and the Sports Development Officer from Redditch Borough Council. The event was supported by young leaders from Arrow Vale High School and Coaches from Redditch Table Tennis Club.



During the afternoon, the pupils had a go at lots of different Table Tennis skills which were to become vital to them in the games they played later on in the afternoon. They all played in a number of matches against each other with the young leaders scoring the games.



Woodfield won the girls and boys competition on the afternoon and have been put forward to the County Table Tennis Competition which will take place in November.
