The Redditch School Sport Partnership has changed the way it runs its Multi-Skills Academy. Pupils from Yr 4 and Yr 5 were last year identified from their first/primary schools for their abilities in Multi-skills.

We held an introduction to the Academy at the end of last year when the pupils all came together at Arrow Vale High School and undertook some work on multi-skills with leaders from the Redditch Leadership Academy.

The Academy, now in Year 5 and 6, will come together every half term at Arrow Vale, where they will continue to work on their multi-skills, and receive coaching from specialist coaches in a number of sports.

The academy will act as a support to these pupils and help to direct them into sports clubs which are appropriate for them and will help to develop them further.
