Arrow Vale High School was host for the Cluster Invasion Festival on 13th March 2009.
150 pupils from 5 different first schools attended the afternoon. Each school entered a whole class of Year 4 pupils into the festival which saw 10 pupils from each school playing in each of the activities, Football, Netball and Hockey.

In each sport, the schools played one another in a number of games which helped them to develop the skills needed for that sport.

The teams of pupils were each managed by leaders from the middle schools as well as Arrow Vale Sports College. The Sports College leaders also helped to referee the games.
